Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kard ("kard.club"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Kard is a platform for graded trading card collectors to catalog, display, share, and sell their graded cards (slabs). We provide tools to manage collections, create public profiles, and connect with other collectors.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Usernames are unique and cannot be transferred.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (images, descriptions, etc.). By posting content, you grant Kard a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.

5. Marketplace Conduct

Kard may facilitate connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction. All sales are between users. You agree to accurately represent the condition, grade, and authenticity of any cards listed. Fraudulent listings or misrepresentation may result in account suspension.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Post counterfeit, stolen, or misrepresented items
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without permission
• Circumvent any security or access controls

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these terms or is harmful to the platform or other users.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses from transactions between users.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Kard after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
