About Kard

The story behind the platform.

I'm relatively new to the graded card world, but from the moment I pulled my first slab out of a shipping box, I was hooked. Not just by the cards themselves — by the people. The collectors I've met along the way have been some of the most passionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming folks I've come across.

As someone with a background in tech and creative work, it didn't take long before I started thinking: there has to be a better way for collectors to showcase what they've built. A place that feels like it was actually made for us — not bolted onto a generic marketplace or buried in spreadsheet tabs.

That's how Kard was born. I wanted to build a platform where collectors can display their graded cards beautifully, manage their collection effortlessly, and eventually buy and sell with confidence. The goal is simple: make Kard the best place to collect, showcase, and trade graded cards.

This isn't a corporate project or a VC-backed startup chasing metrics. Kard is built out of genuine passion for the hobby and the community around it. Every feature, every design decision, every line of code comes from wanting to make something collectors actually love using.

Based in the UAE

I'm based in the United Arab Emirates, where the collecting scene is still relatively small — but incredibly enthusiastic. The community here is tight-knit and growing fast, and being part of it has only fueled my drive to build something that serves collectors everywhere, no matter where they are in the world.

Everyone's welcome

Whether you're sitting on a massive collection or just cracked your first graded card — you belong here. Kard is for anyone who appreciates the hobby. The only people not welcome? Scalpers. You know who you are.

Want to collaborate or just chat?
